Summary

Milkomeda protocol enables Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) capabilities on non-EVM blockchains, allowing developers on other networks to utilize the tools and features of the EVM ecosystem. Milkomeda currently maintains an EVM-based sidechain for the Cardano blockchain.

The assessment of Milkomeda's smart contracts resulted in one low-severity finding, which involved an attacker being able to bypass the sidechain bridge's proxy and call initialize on the implementation contract. The findings were shared with Milkomeda, who then provided fixes for some of them, and the Arbitrary Execution team reviewed each fix to ensure that the core issue was addressed without introducing any regressions.
